SPECIFIC
SAFETY
PLAN
Before any project is kicked off, NTACT Operations develops a Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) through a collaboration of our HSE department, site supervision, Project Managers, and client HSE.
The SSSP serves as a site orientation that all employees and subcontractors will be required to review when they first arrive onsite for the first time. Depending on the size of the project and scope, a dedicated HSE representative(s) will be assigned to the project.
Some of the elements that an SSSP include the following:
-
NTACT HSE policies
-
Site-specific PPE & Hazard Assessment
-
Client-specific site standards
-
Emergency Action Plans
-
Identified mustering points illustrated on a map of the site.
-
Key Site and corporate office contacts
-
Non-Emergency & Emergency Contact information with site coordinates.
